TAAS FABULOUS FIFTY PROGRAM!
The Fabulous Fifty refers to 50 astronomical targets, broken down into quarters by the four seasons. These are offered in spring, summer, fall and winter in free presentations given at star party venues, events or at a single event, when possible.
The moderator shows, in videos and slides with narration, the constellations, stars and other objects that can be seen naked- eye and found by star charts and star hopping. Guests then go outside to see what they have learned in the night sky and in telescopes provided by TAAS members.
This post will give you the date and location of the next public presentation. and we hope to see you there!
